Would endorse that 100% firestick 4K max with a kodi build and real debrid has served me well for many years Best 40 quid spent ever! Not many films worth going to the pictures for these days anyway

Re: Kodi XBMC
Lee, one of the IPTV services I use costs £44 for 6 months for 2 users.
It's not IP locked so you and your dad can share it at different addresses.
If you want to go bigger, they do £130 for 12 months for 4 users - not IP locked, so you can share the cost with your mates.

Which is the best for paid IPTV

I have used one, but it doesnt always work well with iphone.....................

mine is £9.99 a month but i only watch on the smart tv - they have a good discord app with sports programme guides, community issues and so on - probably the best investment ever for me .... you can pay another £3 per month for VPNs if you choose

Re: Kodi XBMC
Lee, no.
Kodi , with Real Debrid is fantastic for movies and TV series, but not so much for live sport. You need a good IPTV service for that.

I use the same secret squirrel website I've used for years, but they haven't accepted invites for ages and I want to get my dad set up.

Alan - are you just saying I need a firestick (which I already have), download Kodi to it (which I know how to do), set my dad up with a Debrid subscription, and he's good to go with all the sports streamed to that?

Re: Kodi XBMC
Ted, I just know you'll ignore my advice to get Debrid, as you usually do ;-)
But at least stop running Kodi off your TV, put it on your Firestick.
Smart TVs don't have the processing power and storage needed for Kodi. They may run it, but eventually you'll have problems.

Thanks very much Alan appreciated.

Re: Kodi XBMC
Ted, you could solve all of the problems you mentioned by putting Kodi on your Firestick and subscribing to Real Debrid (£14 for 6 months). I've had Debrid for a couple of years now and I haven't had it buffer once.
As far as Kodi is concerned stick with Kodi 19 for now. They are still ironing out problems with 20. Some people are finding it works for them, others not. Wait until it gets to release 20.2, when they will have sorted the problems out.

Gentile, which one have you got?

I'm ready to ditch mine the cunt keeps fucking with it, without telling people, so when you use it, it doesn't work and you have to ask him what to do.

Re: Kodi XBMC
Kodi died for me the day I found a decent IPTV service. Cancelled Sky the lot now have IPTV and Disney for kids. 200 a year all in. Thousands of HD reliable channels. None of the Kodi buffering bollocks anymore.

Not sure what add on you’re using on kodi. A couple of good ones that only work with Real Debrid are Fen Umbrella and Seren loads of good links to films and shows. Not sure if they run on k20

Re: Kodi XBMC
I mainly use a loaded Firestick for all the football Sky etc.,
for £80a year and get options to watch any game but providers like Paramount aren't free and it's only just recently that Kodi has played up as we watched all of Yellowstone without a problem.

Switch to Nexus 20 it's much more stable and all your addons ie The Promise The Crew Asgard Rising tides are all using the latest platform.
Google Firesticktricks and he shows you how to upgrade without loosing your addons.

Re: Kodi XBMC
Ted:

I've given up with KODI.
Football streams are almost non existent and if you do find one, they buffer or stop altogether.
Movies; I used to pay Real Debrid £6 a quarter, but again, very hit and miss.

Re: Kodi XBMC
